If you do not have an account and wish to obtain access to the system, you must contact the Banking Division by phone at (866) 458-7327 and ask to speak to a Clearing Account representative, or by email at bankingclearing@illinoistreasurer.gov.

Representatives are available between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
